About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Organizational Development Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves providing technical and administrative support for our learning management systems (ELMO) and assisting the Learning and Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation of all system updates, upgrades, and integrations with other systems, including HRIS Workday.
  • Provide regular reporting on course enrolments and completions.
  • Support the L&OD team in the development of content for the LMS and learning resources.
  • Support managers and employees with LMS troubleshooting and administration.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers who develop e-learning content and other training experiences.
  • Assist with the management of the learning inbox for staff and manager learning enquiries.
  • Maintain the intranet page of L&OD, including adding content and keeping materials up to date.
Requirements
  • High computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and technical data skills, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience in using help centers for troubleshooting and multimedia design programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build key working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
