Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Learning Professional. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a fun-loving and supportive environment, focusing on building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for children.

Job Description

This full-time role involves working 38 hours per week, with weekly payroll and 10% above award rates. We also offer monthly RDOs and a convenient Geelong location.

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and development of the centre through participation in professional development opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services from an ACECQA-approved provider.
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Proven experience as an educator in an early childhood service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
