Organisational Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our talent management initiatives. In this 6-month contract, you will work closely with our team of experts to design and implement capability frameworks, manage performance reviews, and drive culture change projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and facilitating performance reviews
  • Building talent programs
  • Assisting with culture change projects
  • Designing and implementing capability frameworks

This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running. Ideally, you have experience working in a corporate environment that has undergone significant change. Your expertise in delivering culture programs and talent initiatives will be invaluable in driving business growth.

We are looking for someone who is immediately available and can commit to this 6-month contract. If you are passionate about organisational development, we would love to hear from you.
