Key Responsibilities and Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health professional to lead our team in providing person-centered services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of principles, as well as excellent communication and planning skills.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading teams, driving quality and innovation, overseeing recruitment, training, supervision and performance management, ensuring compliance with standards, developing strategic plans, budgets and marketing initiatives, managing incidents and audits, promoting wellness and social justice.
