Leadership Opportunity in Aged Care and Rehabilitation Services
\The Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the Aged Care & Rehabilitation Services at Wollongong Hospital.
\About the Role
\- Drive efficiency and excellence in aged care and rehabilitation services, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and strong community relationships.
- Foster effective operational management of the services, promoting safety, efficiency, and collaboration among team members.
- Partner with the Medical & Nursing Co-Director Aged Care & Rehabilitation to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Key Qualifications
\- A relevant tertiary qualification in Health Management or equivalent.
- Substantial recent experience at a senior management level, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation (APHRA) as a Registered Nurse.
