Job Title: Store Leadership Position

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team in Wollongong. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and friendly environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Home sleep test setups and installations
  • Assisting customers with CPAP purchases and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Troubleshooting for issues with CPAP equipment and providing solutions
  • Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and empathy
  • Patient education and advice on sleep health and wellness
  • Point of Sale management and administration duties
  • Cleaning and maintenance tasks as required
  • Providing exceptional customer service and after sales support
  • Developing professional relationships within the sleep healthcare industry
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with store management responsibilities
  • Strong customer focus, with a drive to deliver outstanding patient-centric outcomes
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, with a capacity to respond quickly to customer needs
