About the Role

This exciting leadership opportunity will see you driving business growth and shaping our Data and AI Practice strategy. Reporting to our National Practice Director for Data and AI, you will be responsible for executing a business plan aligned with company goals and objectives.

As part of our leadership team, you will uphold our values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony, leading by example and delegating responsibilities within your team. Your success will depend on effectively implementing the practice strategy regionally and ensuring high satisfaction among teammates and clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee practice utilisation and P&L, ensuring strategic alignment and effective resource allocation.
  • Drive sales engagement, including vendor relationship management, pre-sales, and input into strategy and execution.
  • Lead delivery management and technical delivery as required, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Manage a team of approximately 20 Data and AI Specialists in Perth and Adelaide, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team performance.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in leading a Data and AI practice within an IT professional services organisation.
  • Solid technical background with Azure Data Platform.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects for enterprise clients.
  • Business development and pre-sales experience.
  • Experience managing P&L and utilisation.
