Job Overview

The Data and AI Practice Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the practice strategy and executing a business plan aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the utilisation and financial performance of the practice.
  • Engage in sales activities, including vendor relationship management, pre-sales, input into strategy, and execution.
  • Manage delivery teams and technical projects as required.
  • Lead a team of approximately 20 Data and AI Specialists in Perth and Adelaide.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in leading a Data and AI practice within an IT professional services organisation.
  • A strong technical background in Azure Data Platform.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects for enterprise clients.
  • Business development and pre-sales expertise.
  • Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) and utilisation.
