About Our Data and AI Practice Lead Role

Join our organisation in a hybrid role combining work from home, CBD office, and client site as needed. As our Data and AI Practice Lead, you will help shape the practice strategy and execute a business plan aligned with our goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee practice utilisation and profitability
  • Sales engagement including vendor relationship management, pre-sales, input into strategy and execution
  • Delivery Management and Technical Delivery as required
  • Manage a team of approx 20 Data and AI Specialists in Perth and Adelaide

Main Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in leading a Data and AI practice within an IT professional services organisation
  • Solid technical background with Azure Data Platform
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects for enterprise clients
  • Business development and pre-sales experience
  • Experience managing profitability & utilisation
