Job Title: Data and AI Practice Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our data and artificial intelligence practice.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 30 data and AI specialists, based in Perth and Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning and direction of the data and AI practice, including overseeing practice utilisation and financial performance.
  • Sales engagement, including vendor relationship management, pre-sales, and input into strategy and execution.
  • Delivery management and technical delivery as required.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale data and AI initiatives within an IT professional services organisation.
  • Solid technical background with Azure Data Platform.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects for enterprise clients.
  • Business development and pre-sales experience.
