Data and AI Practice Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Data and AI practice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the practice strategy and executing a business plan aligned with company goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee practice utilization and profit and loss (P&L) management.
  • Develop and execute sales engagement strategies, including vendor relationship management, pre-sales, and input into strategy and execution.
  • Manage delivery management and technical delivery as required.
  • Lead a team of approximately 30 data and AI specialists in Perth and Adelaide.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in leading a large data and AI practice within an IT professional services organization.
  • Solid technical background with Azure Data Platform.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects for enterprise clients.
  • Business development and pre-sales experience.
