Commercial Finance Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at MYOB. As a key member of our Group Services team, you will play a leading role in championing commercial decision-making, providing analysis, insight, and advice to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly Commercial Finance reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial insights.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, tracking goals and progress on key initiatives, and providing data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate short and longer-term financial plans, proactively identifying opportunities and mitigating risk.
- Lead the annual Enterprise budget and quarterly forecast process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Influence strategy, challenge the appropriateness of expenditure, and improve prioritization of key initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc projects, including M&A, financial modeling, and investment/capital allocation decisions, as well as customer commercial arrangements and advise incentive schemes.
We're looking for someone with first-class communication and influencing skills, business partnering experience within a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capability.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience working with cross-functional teams to drive commercial performance, revenue growth, and cost optimization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge the status quo.
- Resilience and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Understanding of SaaS/technology industry, with experience with Oracle PBCS and Business Intelligence tools an advantage.
