Job Description

We are seeking an individual to assume the role of Enterprise Portfolio Planning Manager. This position will play a key part in driving strategic execution and delivering impactful change.

The successful candidate will help translate enterprise strategy into a dynamic portfolio of initiatives, shaping strategic roadmaps and enabling informed decision-making across the business.

  • Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives by facilitating cross-functional engagement, shaping strategic roadmaps, and aligning priorities with business goals and resource capacity.
  • Manage the intake and assessment of new work, monitor portfolio health, and provide data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Deliver clear, high-impact reporting and visualizations that track progress against strategic roadmaps and highlight portfolio performance.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of key projects across shared services functions, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Drive proactive communication and collaboration across teams to ensure transparency, support, and successful change adoption.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, monitor financials, and ensure delivery of targeted benefits through structured governance and reporting.

This role requires extensive experience in Strategy Execution and Enterprise Project Portfolio Management, with a strong understanding of the full EPPM lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and complex stakeholder needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in Strategy Execution and Enterprise Project Portfolio Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High level of business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project.
