About This Role

As a Portfolio and Performance Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office Branch Manager and overseeing the operations of the Portfolio & Performance section. You will lead a team of managers and portfolio analysts and collaborate with other teams to develop Agency portfolio assessments that support decision making by internal and external governance committees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational oversight of the Portfolio & Performance section.
  • Lead collaboration on initiatives with Senior Executives to make assessments and recommendations.
  • Develop a prioritised project portfolio roadmap for the Agency.
  • Manage tracking and reporting on project portfolio performance.
  • Monitor project expenditure, risks, and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in health or project/program/portfolio management.
  • Program and project management certification.
  • Experience leading transformational projects and programs.
