Highland Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Administrative Support Professional to join their team in a distinctive farm environment. This unique role requires a professional who can seamlessly balance personal assistant responsibilities with office administration and executive support duties.

This multi-faceted position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing executive assistant support across the team
  • Handling personal tasks and errands with precision, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Overseeing cleaning schedules, maintenance tasks, and inventory restocking to ensure the newly built accommodation remains in pristine condition and fully equipped for guests
  • Coordinating and managing calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinating travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips
  • Planning and coordinating events, meetings, and special projects
  • Providing Technology and IT support, including setting up devices, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and liaising with external tech support if necessary
  • Proactively providing solutions to the requirements of the organization
  • Providing farm, household, and staff support as required
  • Basic bookkeeping responsibilities including reconciliations, recording invoices, and checking payroll

The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration or Personal Assistant roles, a professional approach to handling sensitive information, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude. They should also possess strong proficiency in technology, with the ability to troubleshoot, and a demonstrated ability to take ownership of the role, showing initiative and resourcefulness. Additionally, they should have a proactive mindset, a focus on improving processes, and a natural ability to anticipate needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, has a versatile skill set, and a proactive attitude. The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
