About the Role:

As an Aged Care Support Professional at Anglicare Sydney, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live independently and with dignity. You will assist with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and offer companionship to residents, ensuring their physical comfort and emotional health are met in a caring environment.

About You:

  • You hold a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification (desirable).
  • You have experience in aged care or disability support, which is highly desirable.
  • You possess a genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with the broader care team.
  • You understand the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on your experience and qualifications.
