Job Title: Catholic Accounting and Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catholic Accounting and Support Professional to join our team at St John the Evangelist Catholic High, Nowra. As a permanent full-time position commencing in January 2025, this role will support the financial service requirements for the school.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with the school support team and staff in the Catholic Education Office. You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, carers, staff, and students, while also providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support for the school's financial services, including budgeting and monitoring targets.
  • Working collaboratively with the school support team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve financial management and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in an accounting environment.
  • Certificate IV in Business/Finance or relevant discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
