Award-winning Australian Unity is seeking experienced and caring professionals to deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers (65 years old +) in Bomaderry, Nowra Hill, East Nowra, Shoalhaven Heads, North Nowra and surrounding suburbs.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $31.74 - $32.56 per hour, plus superannuation, as well as a travel allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality personal care services to customers based on individual care plans.
  • Assist with domestic tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and general chores.
  • Provide social support by transporting customers to appointments and social outings, shopping, and offering emotional companionship.
  • Contribute to administration tasks, including reporting and progress notes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12 months+ experience in individual support or a related field.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday within the hours of 7am - 6pm.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19.
  • The ability to commit to our PAID 2-week Brilliant@Basics training and induction program when you first commence.
