You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop strategies to drive successful outcomes, and build strong relationships with customers.

This role requires a high degree of creativity, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the renewal process from start to finish
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and develop customized renewal plans
  • Execute renewal plans to achieve successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, order management, and senior leadership to optimize the renewal cycle
  • Evaluate your portfolio to prioritize time and maximize favorable outcomes
What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of Sales, Customer Success, or Finance experience
  • Negotiation skills with a track record of driving contracts to completion
  • Experience analyzing complex problems, developing recommended solutions, and managing risk
