Commercial Contract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to play a key role in overseeing the full contract lifecycle, supporting commercial outcomes, and liaising with project and client teams to ensure compliance, budget control, and reporting accuracy.
Job Responsibilities:- End-to-end contract management and administration including cost reporting, forecasting, and variations management.
- Subcontractor procurement and package administration, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages.
- Client liaison and stakeholder management, providing exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Support monthly commercial reporting and project audits, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field.
- 10+ years' experience in contract administration, preferably in civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of working within collaborative delivery models, prioritizing team collaboration and effective communication.
