About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Box Hill Institute's Lilydale Lakeside Children's Centre as the Lead Educator in our Walert (Babies) Room.
About You:
- Diploma in Children's Services/Early Childhood and Care
- First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management
- Demonstrated experience within early childhood education and knowledge of childhood learning and developmental health
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory factors that govern the delivery of early childhood services
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about ELC and working in a close team environment
- Ability to be flexible within the ELC environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances in and out of the classroom
- Safe Food Handling Certificate (desirable)
