Position Overview
Elevate your career with us:
- Support the oversight of financial operations while ensuring precise financial documentation.
- Assist in the formulation of budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies, providing guidance and support to all management levels to ensure collaborative input.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management, stakeholders, and owners with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Develop and refine financial systems for the hotel, aiming to enhance and streamline processes while upholding financial integrity.
- Collaborate with Department Managers to create effective strategies that boost departmental profitability.
- Work alongside management to guarantee that night audit procedures are executed and reporting is accurate.
- Generate weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Engage with regulatory bodies, financial institutions, auditors, suppliers, and vendors on relevant financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with all company, hotel, and legal standards at all times.
- Supervise the Finance Team, including payroll, accounts payable, receivable, general cashiering, and gaming operations.
Qualifications
What you will contribute to the role:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (Sun, Opera Cloud, HumanForce, WageEasy, Micros Simphony).
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Experience in the hospitality sector is highly advantageous.
