Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hotel community. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing daily room assignments and team responsibilities, conducting thorough room checks to uphold the Sofitel luxury brand standards, and contributing to successful roster management.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize daily room assignments and team responsibilities to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Conduct thorough room checks to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the hotel's high standards
- Attend to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
