We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Gaming Supervisor **to join our team at **TC’s Bar & Gaming Lounge.** The Gaming Supervisor will oversee the lively sports bar at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, which provides guests with a full service bar, superb dining menu, all the sporting action and entertainment for gaming enthusiasts.

**Your Opportunity**:

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and gaming area.
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and company policies.
- Train and support team members to uphold high standards of performance and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of gaming transactions, payouts, and machine maintenance.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to enhance the gaming experience and drive revenue growth.

**Qualifications** Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a gaming or hospitality environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patrons and staff.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
