Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, provide product information, process orders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in-person, providing accurate product information and recommendations.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer retention.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Manage customer records and maintain a CRM system to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
About You:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or related sector.
- Strong understanding of hoses and fittings, or willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
