About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Helloworld Travel Limited.

As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional travel experiences for our customers, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with our suppliers.

Your days will be filled with a variety of tasks, including booking and confirming itineraries, liaising with suppliers, and providing expert advice to customers.

We are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, a systems/technology aptitude, and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

About You
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of the travel industry is highly desirable
