About the Role: As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts and ensuring optimal supply planning across our global network.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts for a portfolio of brands
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with market trends and promotional activities
  • Analyzing demand variances, identifying trends, and driving improvements in forecast accuracy
  • Monitoring supply outlook and inventory levels to support supply planning and avoid stockouts

You will participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles, providing data-driven insights and communicate supply risks and implement recovery plans to mitigate disruptions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of customer service, order management, and physical distribution systems, as well as excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements: University degree in Supply Chain or related field, experience in demand and supply planning, forecasting, and inventory management in FMCG, proficiency in planning tools and systems such as SAP, JDA Demand, BW, and Microsoft Office.
