Account Manager for Enterprise Growth

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned SaaS enterprise accounts to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and activation.

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned SaaS enterprise accounts to optimize customer success and growth.
  • Develop and implement tailored onboarding strategies to drive client engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs and leverage opportunities for upselling.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and capitalize on potential upselling opportunities through strategic conversations with C-Level Executives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Executive.
  • Native or fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously.
