Job Title: Compassionate Care Provider

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, creating personalized care plans, and making critical clinical decisions.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

To succeed in this role, you will need current NMC registration and a good understanding of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a person-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities:
  • Create tailored care plans that meet individual resident needs
  • Provide safe and effective medicine administration
  • Conduct regular health checks and monitor resident progress
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration
