Job Title: Network Management SpecialistJob Description

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and coordinate network access while ensuring the safety of personnel, public, and plant. This involves delivering scheduling, coordination, and facilitation of planned outages.

This position requires a strong understanding of electricity distribution networks and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field and possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

The successful applicant will lead a team to manage outage schedules and coordinate network access. They will be responsible for promoting a positive, productive work environment through mentorship and coaching.

In addition, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, including customer notification protocols. They will also identify and implement process improvements, monitor and maintain high performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of electricity distribution networks and compliance standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and experience managing complex challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards, including the Code of Practice on Electrical Safety.
