Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Network Access Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced projects environment and contribute to the delivery of infrastructure projects.

As a Project Network Access Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating safe access to our network during projects. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to plan and secure safe access to the V/Line network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer the Notice of Intent (NOI) system, including safety-critical access documentation">
  • Support project teams and third parties in navigating access and occupation requirements on the V/Line network">
  • Review access and occupation requests to ensure alignment with the V/Line Master Schedule and operational constraints">
  • Identify and escalate potential conflicts or overlaps in planned access">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent coordination skills and ability to manage complex documents and shifting timelines

- A solid foundation in rail operations and understanding of how the rail environment works

- Great communication and stakeholder skills and ability to interpret technical information

- Willingness to learn and grow your knowledge on the job
