Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader, Access to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to manage and coordinate network access.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of electricity distribution networks and compliance standards.

About the Role

As Team Leader, Access, you will be responsible for leading a team to manage outage schedules and coordinate network access.

You will also promote a positive and productive work environment through mentorship and coaching.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with industry standards, including customer notification protocols.

This role involves identifying and implementing process improvements, monitoring and maintaining high performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets.

You will contribute to data accuracy and risk mitigation in all planned outages and facilitate training and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in an operational or planning role
  • Leadership experience, mentoring and developing team members highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of electricity distribution networks and compliance standards
  • Problem-solving skills and experience managing complex challenges
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
