We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our high-performing sales and distribution team in QLD. As a key member of the Sales Leadership Team, you will shape and influence the broader sales strategy, driving the success and growth of our business.

About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a sales leadership and business development role, preferably in the platform space. You will be responsible for managing and servicing existing clients, nurturing partner-driven relationships, and promoting Netwealth products and services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing Netwealth and its products to new and existing advisers
  • Selling Netwealth products to advisor groups to expand our distribution network
  • Meeting or exceeding your agreed budget
  • Building, maintaining, and fostering relationships with the adviser base
  • Mentoring other team members in business development and marketing ideas and strategies
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in a sales leadership and business development role, preferably in the platform space
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A curious and agile mindset and an ability to adapt to change
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of the platform market and the financial services industry

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
