About Us

This is a senior strategic and technical leadership role within Group IT, responsible for defining, evolving, and executing Toll's enterprise technology strategy across AI tooling, Operational Technology (OT), and End User Compute (EUC) platforms.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for EUC, OT, and AI tooling, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
  • Drive innovation through emerging technologies, focusing on AI and automation, and lead enterprise-wide adoption of future-ready solutions.
  • Collaborate across IT and business units to deliver consistent, automated, and value-driven digital solutions.
  • Act as a hands-on technology lead, advising on platform design, implementation, and technical risks for major initiatives.
  • Champion architecture governance and best practices, contributing to the development of high-performance architecture teams.
  • Represent Toll in executive-level engagements, serving as a principal technology specialist in strategic discussions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership in shaping strategic technology vision and architecture across EUC, OT, and AI platforms.
  • Strong track record in developing IT architecture frameworks and long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting to executive and cross-functional teams.
