Appian Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Appian Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of high-quality Appian projects, ensuring timely results.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, promoting continuous improvement and excellence in their work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, leveraging expertise in J2EE, .NET, and RDBMS.
  • Troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality delivery of Appian solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and explore new ways to enhance Appian capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of software development experience, including 4–5 years in Appian.
  • 1–2 years in a leadership or senior developer role.
  • Strong foundation in J2EE, .NET, and RDBMS.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Appian Certification (Senior/Lead) preferred.
