Plexus is in a period of global growth.
As we scale our legal technology platform across new markets, we're seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the next chapter of our product and engineering evolution.
This is a critical executive role reporting to the CEO, who will bring both technical depth and organisational leadership.
You will drive technology strategy, oversee global product delivery, and ensure our infrastructure, architecture, and development practices are capable of scaling with our ambitions using emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities Own and deliver the technology strategy aligned to business objectives and market demands.
Lead our Product and Engineering functions, including direct leadership of the Head of Product and Head of Engineering.
Ensure consistent delivery of secure, scalable, and innovative solutions across our platform.
Drive product lifecycle management to ensure ongoing relevance, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
Reduce cycle time through automation, emerging technology and operational efficiency.
Build and scale a high-performing team across geographies, embedding engineering excellence and customer focus.
Translate strategic goals into clearly defined roadmaps and delivery outcomes.
Maintain technical and operational oversight of infrastructure, architecture, security, and innovation.
About You Deep experience in software development and scalable architecture.
A product-first mindset, with a track record of aligning tech delivery with customer value and business growth.
Strong capability in automation and utilising emerging technologies - we are on our way to an AI first businessProven ability to lead, coach, and scale product and engineering teams (onshore and offshore).
Success working in product-focused companies, ideally in global expansion environments.
A strategic and structured operator who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous settings.
