- Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Stay ahead of emerging CIAM trends and technologies, hosting workshops and promoting best practices to drive organizational innovation.
- Lead strategic decisions to prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact while balancing immediate goals with long-term vision.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to align CIAM strategies with organizational objectives, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Establish and enforce best practices for secure, scalable CIAM systems, ensuring quality through test automation and robust design.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, industry groups, and vendors to drive seamless customer identity experiences and remain competitive in the field.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience with customer identity platforms and/or Auth0.
- Proven ability to architect and deliver complex APIs and automation for UI and API testing.
- In-depth understanding of event-driven systems using tools such as SQS or Kafka.
- Comprehensive knowledge of database architecture, optimization, and SQL, with experience scaling database solutions.
- Mastery in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and deploying scalable applications on cloud platforms.
- Proficient in Git version control and leading collaborative development at scale.
- Strong leadership in Agile development, lean methodologies, and driving user-centric designs.
- Exceptional communication, decision-making, and the ability to navigate and guide teams through uncertainty.
