As an HR Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the initial onboarding process, conducting one-on-one consultations with new hires to understand their unique skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the onboarding process by providing personalized support to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote employee engagement and retention.
- Provide coaching and feedback to recruitment teams to ensure they are well-prepared for interviews and other hiring processes.
- Collaborate with training and development teams to deliver workshops and sessions that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations to management on how to apply this information in our organization.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as Business Administration or Organizational Development.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, Recruiter, or similar role, with a proven track record of success in talent management and employee relations.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups of individuals.
- Display a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
