Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims, ensuring our injured customers receive the necessary support and treatment.

This role involves determining entitlements, gathering and analysing medical and rehabilitation data, assessing claim values, and considering options for a positive outcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with claimants, employers, brokers, and treatment providers.
  • Manage claims using best practice strategic claims management.
  • Obtain and review medical, financial, and rehabilitation reports to assess individual claims.
  • Manage workflow to meet legislative and regulatory timeframes.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders through communication, correspondence, and attendance at conferences and hearings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong customer support experience.
  • Able to engage, collaborate, and work well with a team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and build a strong team culture.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, including understanding data, identifying areas of opportunity, and delivering to business targets.
  • Solid stakeholder management experience to manage expectations and balance multiple parties' needs.
