Compelling job opportunity for a skilled Claims Specialist to manage workers compensation claims and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of claims, ensuring injured customers receive timely and effective treatment and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS:
  • Utilize strategic claims management practices to optimize claim outcomes.
  • Obtain and review medical, financial, and rehabilitation reports to inform accurate claim assessments.
  • Manage workflow to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including communication with claimants, employers, brokers, and medical specialists, via phone, correspondence, and/or attending conferences and/or hearings.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to engage, collaborate, and work effectively within a team environment to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and foster a strong team culture.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to understand data, identify areas of opportunity, and drive business growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in managing expectations and balancing competing priorities.
