Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team and provide strategic guidance to achieve positive outcomes

  • Foster partnerships with families and supporters to drive meaningful outcomes
  • Manage service delivery, including budgeting, compliance, reporting, and staff ratios
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in delivering exceptional services
  • Investigate and manage incidents and complaints in a timely manner
  • Operate within our organisational values and participate in an on-call roster
