This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disability.
As a Disability Support Leader, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalised coaching and mentoring for Disability Support Workers. This will enable them to enhance their skills and knowledge as disability support professionals, ultimately empowering them to deliver high-quality services.
Your key responsibilities will include leading a team, ensuring staff are skilled and knowledgeable in delivering contemporary disability services, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure consistency across the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will require experience in a leadership position within the delivery of services to people with a disability, a diploma in relevant Social & Community Services or relevant experience, established influencing and negotiation skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the sector.
