Job Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to provide comprehensive administration and project support to our Brisbane team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the daily running of the office, including reception duties, mail/couriers, deliveries, picking up supplies and catering orders.
  2. Ensure all public areas of the office are presentable and tidy throughout the day, including kitchen area and meeting rooms.
  3. Coordinate events and activities for the office, including client meetings and company sponsored industry events.
  4. Enter expenses and credit card reconciliation.
  5. Assist with office health and safety management, including visitor sign in, office safety checks, maintaining safety equipment and office vehicle maintenance.
  6. Assist project managers in drafting proposals and tenders.
  7. Assist with deliverables, including MS Word formatting, collation of information, scanning and binding, data entry, and ad-hoc requests.
  8. Travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and assist with staff expense claims.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in an administrative/reception role.
  • Strong organisational skills with multitasking abilities and adaptability to changes.
  • A positive attitude with an energetic approach to tasks.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
