We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to provide comprehensive administration and project support to our Brisbane team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the daily running of the office, including reception duties, mail/couriers, deliveries, picking up supplies and catering orders.
- Ensure all public areas of the office are presentable and tidy throughout the day, including kitchen area and meeting rooms.
- Coordinate events and activities for the office, including client meetings and company sponsored industry events.
- Enter expenses and credit card reconciliation.
- Assist with office health and safety management, including visitor sign in, office safety checks, maintaining safety equipment and office vehicle maintenance.
- Assist project managers in drafting proposals and tenders.
- Assist with deliverables, including MS Word formatting, collation of information, scanning and binding, data entry, and ad-hoc requests.
- Travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and assist with staff expense claims.
- 2-3 years' experience in an administrative/reception role.
- Strong organisational skills with multitasking abilities and adaptability to changes.
- A positive attitude with an energetic approach to tasks.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
