
APAC People Development Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the people plan for the APAC region during a period of significant growth. This includes strategic workforce planning across a complex matrix organization spanning diverse functions and countries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and implementing the people plan for the APAC Region
- Strategic workforce planning across a matrix organization covering business development, commercial marketing, engineering, construction, environmental planning and asset management
- Succession planning, retention risk, and attrition issues
- Creating and agreeing on a culture of engagement and recognition
- Partnering with functional leadership teams to set clear goals and performance standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High learning agility
- Experience in international HR management and business partnering
- Ability to balance local needs with corporate policies and processes
- Commercial thinking and HR governance mindset
