Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people plan for the APAC region during a period of significant growth, potentially doubling the workforce and expanding across multiple countries.
  • Pursue strategic workforce planning across a complex matrix organization spanning diverse functions in at least five countries.
  • Proactively manage succession plans, retention risk, and attrition issues, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Partner with functional leadership teams to set clear goals and performance standards, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Identify high-potential individuals and develop inclusive, robust career and development plans, focusing on talent acquisition and retention.
  • Define and resource leadership development requirements, providing direct coaching for newly promoted or externally hired managers.
  • Conduct ongoing organizational design analysis and structure adjustments to accommodate growth, ensuring optimal workforce deployment.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition team members to identify smart solutions for resourcing plans, driving business results through effective talent management.
