Are you a strategic HR professional who thrives on turning vision into action? Aon is looking for a People Organisation Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.

This role is perfect for someone withbroad HR experience and knowledge, who can see thebig pictureand then dive into thegranular detailto drive projects forward. You'll work closely with ourinspiring Deputy CPO and Chief People Officer, gaining exposure to senior leadership and shaping the colleague experience across the region.

What the day will look like

  • Lead the execution of key talent and colleague experience initiatives across APAC.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Partner with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to support change management and operational excellence.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure consistent delivery of regional programs.
  • Generate and interpret data to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Manage one direct report (APAC HR Data Analyst).

7–10 years of experience in HR, project management, consulting, or talent program delivery.Experience working at aregional levelin a large, complex organisation.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.HR data analytics experience or strong analytical skills.A flexible, open-minded approach with the ability topivotand adapt in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and collaboration.
