Asset Maintenance Strategist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing long-term maintenance strategies, ensuring the reliability and longevity of our assets. This includes creating fully scoped and resourced work orders that are execution-ready well in advance, as well as collaborating with subject matter experts to refine scopes and optimize work orders.
- Develop and maintain forward works programs for fixed plant assets
- Collaborate with Reliability and Engineering teams to refine scopes and optimise WOs
- Confirm rotable and parts availability to safeguard planning integrity
- Coordinate and track projects using PES and DCRM systems
- Support monthly PM05 forecasting and adjust for work churn and operational priorities
- Link OPEX tasks to CAPEX projects for full lifecycle visibility
- Analyse shutdown performance outcomes to improve master data and planning strategies
- Drive master data updates to continuously enhance scheduling accuracy
- Expertise in maintenance planning and strategy development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
