We are seeking a Customer Experience Champion to join our team in a permanent position.
About the RoleAs a valued member of our 360-degree customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all channels. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities- Providing top-notch telephone support to clients and colleagues
- Handling external and internal communication systems with ease
- Offering administrative support to the team as required
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal typing and data entry speed of 50 words per minute.
Requirements- No formal qualifications are required, but experience is highly desirable
- A proven track record in an office and customer service environment
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times
