About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing top-notch telephone support to clients and colleagues
  • Handling external and internal communication systems with ease

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal typing and data entry speed of 50 words per minute.
