Customer Experience Champion

We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide exceptional customer support and coordinate order fulfillment.

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, passionate about delivering high-quality service, and excited about growth opportunities.

The Customer Experience Champion will work closely with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to build strong working relationships and ensure seamless order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Process customer orders using multiple data programs and verify accuracy
  • Facilitate order fulfillment by coordinating with Sales, Accounting, and Service departments
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Evaluate data submitted to order processing for compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience
  • Provide quality service and support in areas including freight, installations, and troubleshooting
  • Professionally troubleshoot customer issues over the phone and via email

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Call Centre environment with a focus on customer service
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer interactions and data
  • Knowledge of measurements, airflow, and ability to recommend products based on that knowledge
