Job Title

As a Customer Experience Champion, you will be the face of our recycling centers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers and team members.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Champion. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and performing regular cleaning and maintenance tasks on our reverse vending machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and team members
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks on our reverse vending machines
  • Monitor the recycling center for any hazards and report concerns as they arise
  • Ad-hoc duties as required by management

Requirements

  • A keen eye for detail and a motivation to maintain a clean work environment
  • A commitment to safety and a willingness to take initiative in reporting hazards and concerns
